Terms and Conditions of Buying
- The starting bid for each ad month is $0 (FREE), and increments are set at $10, to take-over a particular spot.
- When you 'buy' an ad month you will not 'own' any part of this website, but rather you are granted the right to submit an image and link which will then be published on the corresponding page in the respective space that you have paid for.
- You cannot change the image or link once you have submitted them, so you must be sure of the image and link you want on the page, which will be there for at least 4 years. The only exception is if you have a strong reason why you need a change to your image/link, ex. your site no longer exists, major structural change to your site, lawsuits, etc.
- If your image and link are accepted and published on the page, you cannot get any refund.
- The website will be online for at least 4 years (starting from the day it launched), so at least until May 2011, but the goal is to keep it longer.
- No obscene/offensive/adult images/links will be accepted, and we will decide what is appropriate for the website. If you submit an image or link that is rejected, you will have the opportunity to provide an alternative, otherwise your money will be refunded and you will lose your ad month.
- If your link is accepted and you later change the content of the linked site to show offensive/obscene/adult material, then your link will be removed until you provide a new acceptable one, and you will not get any refund for the link downtime.
- If for whatever reason in the future you want your image and link removed from the page, you can do that, but you will not get a refund and the space will become available again for bid.
- Images must be the exact size, as specified, which is 125 pixels by 125 pixels.
- Images must be in GIF, PNG or JPG format, and of a reasonable file size.
- Images must NOT be animated (imagine how unprofessional and distracting the page would appear).
- Links must be to webpages only and begin with http://.
- You must have the authority to provide the image and link for the webpage that you submit.
- Funds must be fully received and cleared before your ad month go live on the space.
- There might be occasional downtime for site maintenence but they will be kept to a minimum.
- Once you have ordered and the funds have cleared (ex. in our PayPal or deposit account), we will aim to get your ad month online within 24-48 hours barring any unforeseen circumstances, especially when things take off in a major way and mass number of people order at the same time.
- Please be prepared to provide evidence of the location of your company. This is to ensure accurate targeting of ads to the specific states.

- Can I bid for more than 1 month ?
You are welcomed to bid for as many months as you desire, within the limits of your advertising budget. Does not apply to starting bids of $0.
- How do I bid ?

Please state clearly the month and location you are bidding for and the amount you are bidding, according to the 'Terms and Conditions of Buying' above. We will follow-up with you via e-mail for the image file. It is as easy as that.
